A LITTLE ABOUT ME

in the beginning

I am proud to say that I am from a little place in Kingston, Jamaica, named Denham Town. I went to Saint Albans School. It was a good life, even though we had some very tough moments. I won't get into all the personal stuff here online, but as a child, I was considered a "tom boy" as I would play all the sports with the boys and I served as the protector of my two younger brothers, Dennis and Evan. I cherish those days of going to the beach, playing marbles, climbing trees and eating mangoes, guinep, tamarind and other easily accessible Jamaican fruits.

Jamaica is and always will be my Home. I may not live there, but there is no place more beautiful on this earth than My Jamaica. From the people, the food, the beaches, the everything. a fi mi country!!!

the united states years

Although I often refer to Philadelphia as my US Home, I have also made stops in East Orange, New Jersey; Newark, Delaware; Colonial Heights, Virginia; Palm Bay, Florida and now Coconut Creek, Florida. But make no mistake about it, Jamaica will always be My Home!!!

America is beautiful and it has given me the opportunity to work multiple jobs, raise my kids and live a clean and successful life. As I look back over the years, I can recall so many great memories, most of which occurred in Philadelphia and Newark.

Sometimes I do think about the cold and the snow, and truthfully, I do miss it a bit. But once I walk outside and into that Florida Sun in the middle of December, I smile and remind myself that I like living in Paradise!

some quick flicks

I have a ton of pictures, but here I will share some quick flicks with you, so that you can get a glimpse into my life. I will rotate these monthly, so you will want to come back from time to time to keep up with me; if you can that is... LOL!
